3rd Kazuo Ohno Modern Dance Recital | Kyoritsu Kodo Hall大野一雄現代舞踊第三回公演|共立講堂
Kazuo Ohno's third recital, which was held in November 1951. Structured in three parts, the program featured solo works by Ohno as well as group pieces performed with students of the Kazuo Ohno Dance Studio. Nine pieces were presented including a duet work with a female performer. Composition and choreography were by Kazuo Ohno and Shinji Kobayashi. Kobayashi had appeared in the Ohno’s recital series since its first edition and, after working as a physical education teacher at schools including Kantō Gakuin where Ohno also once taught, was at the time teaching at Chiba University.
