The photograph for the flyer and the poster is by Eikoh Hosoe. Calligraphy by Yukio Nakagawa. In foyer, Nakagawa arranged a tower of flowers titled Flower Crown.

Kazuo Ohno Retrospective was held 6 times, starting in April, 1994 with Water Lilies and ending with The Road In Heaven, The Road In Earth in 1997.
